The Role

This isn't cold outreach. You'll be connecting with women who already raised their hand. They opted in, watched a training, or engaged with our content. They're interested. They just need someone to start the conversation.

Your job is to understand where they are in their business and connect the right ones with the conversation that changes things for them.

The best setters don't sound like salespeople. They sound like someone who actually listens. That's what I'm looking for.

You'll work alongside a small, sharp sales team and report directly into leadership.

What you'll actually do

Respond to inbound leads quickly. Speed-to-lead is the single biggest factor in whether someone books or disappears.
Start real conversations in DMs, over text, on the phone. Wherever the lead is, you meet them there.
Ask good questions. Understand what someone actually needs before positioning anything.
Book qualified leads onto sales calls with closers.
Follow up with people who didn't book on the first touch. Persistence without pressure.
Track every conversation in the CRM. Nothing falls through the cracks.
Share what you're hearing from leads. What they're excited about, what they're hesitant about, what objections keep coming up. Your insight shapes how we sell.

Daily outreach: 50-100+ contacts per day across DMs, text, and calls
Bookings: 3-5 qualified sales calls booked per day
Show rate: 70%+ of your booked calls actually show up
Response time: New leads contacted within 5 minutes during working hours
